At Trend Vastra, we want you to love every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return or exchange in accordance with the policy below.

1. Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

  • Be returned with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.

  • Be in the same condition in which it was delivered.

  • Include a valid order number, invoice, or proof of purchase.

Items returned without meeting these conditions may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

  • Products without original tags or packaging.

  • Items purchased during special clearance or final-sale promotions, unless received damaged or defective.

  • Gift cards and digital products.

  • Products damaged due to improper use or handling by the customer.

For hygiene reasons, certain clothing or personal-use items may also be non-returnable once opened or used.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

To help us resolve your request quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number.

  • Clear photographs or a video of the product.

  • A brief description of the issue.

After verification, Trend Vastra may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund, depending on product availability and the nature of the issue.

4. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If your refund is approved, the amount will be processed to your original method of payment, subject to applicable payment gateway and bank processing timelines.

Please note that original shipping or delivery charges, if applicable, may be non-refundable.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after receiving confirmation from us:

  1. Check your bank account or original payment method.

  2. Contact your bank or credit card provider, as refunds may take additional processing time.

6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible products, subject to availability.

If you need a different size or wish to exchange a product because it is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at aakashk26082005@gmail.com with your order details.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer an alternative solution such as store credit or a refund, where applicable.

7. Return Shipping

For approved returns, customers may be required to send the product back to our designated return address:

Unless the product received was damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

8. Cancellation of Orders

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and will be subject to the applicable return or exchange policy.

Trend Vastra reserves the right to refuse a return, exchange, or refund if:

  • The return request is made outside the applicable return period.

  • The product does not meet the eligibility requirements mentioned in this policy.

  • The returned item shows signs of wear, washing, damage, or misuse.
